ProjectNetWorld was developed to provide a uniform work environment for all project participants such as company management, project portfolio managers, project managers, project employees, external employees and partners.

 

The system offers three workspaces that guarantee a targeted information and communication flow, and support individual user work as well as cooperation within a project group, department or company.

 

The workspaces are used to structure how information is managed and organized. The advantage to the user is that information is easy to store, manage and find. This also guarantees transparency and saves time.

MyWorld is a user's personal workspace. All user project information is automatically displayed here in a clear summary. Other users do not have access to the personal workspace.

The core of the system is ProjectWorld. Projects are planned, managed, processed and controlled here. Project information is managed centrally and provided automatically in a structured fashion to project participants depending on their authorization level. When several projects are being carried out simultaneously, they can be collected, sorted and managed in project portfolios.

BusinessWorld is the workspace used by companies and/or departments to display and manage company-relevant information and data.
