It all started in early 2000 with the founding of EngineeringNetWorld Internet Services AG, one of our most exciting and ambitious projects.

 

We brought in experts and project managers from various companies and industries, and integrated their know-how and experiences to develop a project management solution for all project-oriented businesses and organizations.

 

Why did we do this? On the one hand, we were meeting the increasing demand for quality and efficiency for project management processes so that they could be implemented in a uniform work environment that was user-friendly. On the other, we were following a distinctive trend. Project management is not just an important work method, but also a job description that is becoming increasingly more significant in the modern business world.

 

Using the Internet as an established and secure technology for cooperation and communication, we developed a universal project management application that supports the different requirements and tasks of project managers, project teams and company management in a central work environment.

 

The decision to offer this project management application as a cost-effective ASP model (application service providing) was obvious for several reasons. Our goal was to provide a project management application that did not require additional investments for hardware or software. Project information needed to be available 24/7 from any location. External partners and project participants also required fast and secure access to their project information. And finally, this model has the advantage that there are no high procurement costs because the project management application is leased for the desired amount of time and not purchased.

 

For us as an ASP provider, this model means that we must offer the highest quality to our clients on a daily basis. Because only continual research and reliable development processes within the scope of uniform quality criteria will guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
